small room difficult television

i encountered some issues . the room assigned was smaller than expected, given the price point. additionally, the television system was difficult to navigate. i also found the absence of a microwave in the room quite inconvenient.

hard bed subpar restaurant

The bed was not comfortable at all. It felt hard. it really impacted my sleep. also, the restaurant called hearth and song, seemed subpar. it was a buffet, and honestly, the quality didn't justify the price.

The bus service to the park was good.

The check-in process was not good I waited a half hour The hotel could not find our reservation. The restaurant was also disappointing I was expecting better quality food at this resort.

amazing getaway!

decorated grounds comfortable room easy transport

I loved how elegantly the grounds were decorated! fire pits were available, all ready for gatherings, a great touch. the rooms were so comfortable and well-stocked (i had plenty of towels!). we took the bus to the park and back. It was so easy.

i thought the check-in experience could be improved. it felt a little unfriendly, and i didn't receive much information about the resort's amenities, a bit disappointing.

the staff were all amazing! everyone was really attentive and helpful. the resort provided great transport to the theme park, it was only ten minutes away on a free trolley which was great for avoiding traffic.

the hotel staff was very attentive. the kids club was great. in-house dining options proved convenient. the trolley service to the theme park was a significant perk.

the self-parking area required a short walk to the hotel entrance. this arrangement added a little extra time to our arrival and departure.
